Terms and Conditions

  1. Channel Partners must register in "cp.navins.in" / registration form before bringing in leads.
  2. The application shall be complete in all respects and should be accompanied by requisite documents.
  3. The Channel Partner is registered before the RERA Authority and also possess with itself the Registration Certificate duly issued by the RERA Authority.
  4. Upon registration, shall enter into an agreement with Navin Housing & Properties (P) Ltd (Navin's) within 45 days. 
  5. Invoice from Channel Partners shall not be accepted without entering into an agreement with Navin's. 
  6. All discussions between Navin's and  Channel Partner and the information contained in the documents (other than marketing materials) shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone except to the subsidiaries.
  7. Channel partner shall register their leads ONLY in sell.do without which credit shall not be given. 
  8. Turn around time by Navin's to give credit to leads shall be 24 hrs.  
  9. Channel partner shall not promote or sell the units / apartments in the portal pages of Navin's or in the website portal where Navin's is already present.  and shall not market the units / apartments as direct employee of Navin's. 
  10. Channel Partner shall not market the units / apartments as an employee of Navin's.
  11. The Channel Partner understands that this does not create employer employee relationship between Channel Partner and the Company and for all purposes each party shall be treated as an independent contractor.
  12. Company has not authorized any official, Channel Partner of the Company or any other individual to receive any amount in cash or kind on behalf of the Company towards any transaction as they may be and any transactions with the Company shall only be through authorized banking channels.
  13. The applicant confirms that he/she/it is not involved in any economic offences, tax default or moral turpitude.
  14. Selection of applicants is at the absolute discretion of Navin's  and Navin's may accept or reject the application without assigning any reasons
